TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please do read this carefully before proceeding with the registration. Proceeding with the registration will be considered as agreement to these terms and conditions.

1. PRIVACY POLICY

1.1 All data submitted for our FUTURECLASS program (also to be referred to as “Program”) is collected and stored on our SSL secure server. By providing your data to us during registration, you agree for us to use your data for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing calls, email newsletters, advertising promotions, data analysis, data optimization, educational lectures, and sales targeting by PU4LYF Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. (also to be referred as the “Company”).

1.2 The Company assures that we will never provide, sell, or allow handling your information to a 3rd party provider without your prior consent.

1.3 You may request at any time to have your information deleted from us once your Program session has ended. We are unable to delete information prior to your Program session unless you request to cancel your registration, due to the need for your information to process the Program session effectively, and to avoid fraudulent activity attempts.

1.4 Recording of all consultation classes will be done by the Company for archival purposes, and may be used for future promotional materials for derivations of the consultation session.

1.5 You may also request for a copy of your information stored on our server from us at any time

2. THE HOST

2.1 Rabbit Mac (also to be referred to as the “Host”) will be the host of the Program.

3. PRE-REGISTRATION

3.1 All participants are required to register themselves on the designated website (https://futureclass.pu4lyf.com) as a mode of registration. The Company reserves the right to deny any registration that violates any of the terms and conditions stated in this page. In the event of such denial of registration, any advance payment or transaction already made to the Company will be deemed non-refundable.

3.2 For security purposes, only participants aged 18 and above are allowed to register for the program. Participants must be aged 18 and above in the year 2020, as per birth year calculated. Participants must be born in the year 2002 or before to qualify for this criteria. There is no maximum age limit for the registration for the Program.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 Participants are required to process the payment prior or during the submission of the registration form. Proof of payment is to be attached together in the registration form. Participants can also register manually by contacting futureclass@pu4lyf.com if there are any difficulties to register or make payment, however, payments must be only made to the PU4LYF registered account number, as follows :

4.2 The Company will not hire or appoint any third-party services to manage the registration and payment processing for the registration of the Program. In the event the participant arranges and makes transactions to any third-party claiming to be a representative of the Company, the Company will not be held liable and will not recover any costs incurred.

5. PAYMENT FRAUD

5.1 If there are any fraudulent activities reported by individuals in regards to payment or transactions made for this program, the Company will cancel the related Program booking immediately. Participants must provide supporting documents e.g. police report, bank report in order for the Company to process any refund in transactions.

6. PROGRAM SCHEDULE

6.1 The Company will arrange for the schedule based on communication between the Company and the Participant. Participants will be provided with a list of schedules in which they will get to choose from. Each schedule will be accommodated by 5 participants in total, with the host and 2 facilitators from the Company. The Participant will then indicate their preferred slot and the Company will allocate the slot accordingly. The slots for schedules are on a first come first serve basis, hence if a Schedule is full, the Company will suggest the Participant to choose the next available Schedule slot as per the provided Schedule times and dates.

6.2 The Company will try its best to maintain the schedule arranged for each Program session as per the initial arrangement. However, the Company reserves the right to change the schedule as per the availability of the Host. In the event where the originally set schedule is changed by the Company, the participant is allowed to opt for the alternate schedule provided, or cancel and get a full refund on the payment made. Refund will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the time the cancellation is initiated for cancellation due to a change of schedule by the Company.

6.3 If the participant requests for a change in schedule, the Company reserves the right to deny the change request without the need to provide a reason, however the Company will attempt in its best endeavours to try and provide a new schedule for the participant. Participants are not allowed to suggest their own schedule and must choose from the given schedule options only.

7. CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT DETAILS

7.1 Participants are allowed to change or transfer their registration to another participant, provided this is done within 24 hours of submission of the original registration. If the change request exceeds the 24-hour mark, the Company reserves the right to deny the request, unless out of an act of goodwill.

7.2 In the event the change request is due to medical or death reasons, valid supporting documentation must be provided and request approval is subject to the discretion of the Company.

8. CANCELLATION

8.1 The Participant can cancel their slot at any given time, however this is a non-refundable Program hence no refunds will be provided for cancellations. If the cancellation is due to a medical reason or death, participants must provide relevant supporting documents to the Company. If the documentation is not directly concerned with the Participant, the Participant must provide proof of relationship with the directly concerned party involved in the documentation. The Company reserves the right to deny any refund involving cancellation with or without supporting documents, except for the situation described in Article 6.2 of this documentation. If the Company decides to refund the Participant for cancellation, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the day the refund has been confirmed.

8.2 The Company will not cancel any paid and confirmed Participant and will fulfill all registrations that are confirmed.

9. PROGRAM

9.1 The Program will be held over a video conference between Rabbit Mac (also referred to as the “Host”) , 2 facilitators and 5 participants in a single session. The scheduled time for each session is sixty (60) minutes, unless in the event the participants unanimously decide to end the session earlier. The 60-minute timeframe starts as soon as the first question is raised by the first Participant.

9.2 During each session, the Participant can ask any question in relation to music, the music business, royalties’ distribution, mixing, mastering, music production, marketing strategies etc. The Host will call out the Participant’s name, and the Participant will then proceed to ask their desired question to the Host.

9.3 Maximum grace period for late entry into a meeting is five (5) minutes from the scheduled time. Entries will still be allowed after the allowed grace period, however the session will still proceed as per the schedule and no extra time will be provided for the late participant, unless with the exception from the Host’s and/or the Company’s decision to do so out of goodwill.

9.4 Answers and information provided to the Participants are solely the views, opinions and expressions of the Host. The Participant is fully responsible for any actions taken based on the advice, views, opinions and expressions of the Host, and the Host and/or Company will not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of the Host’s opinions and views.

9.5 Extension of the Program

9.5.1 Extension of the 60-minute slot is subject to underlying factors, which includes the following :

a) participant was having constant network issues and was unable to follow almost 50% of the session time (approximately 30 minutes);
b) participant was unable to enter the Program initially due to technical issues and/or network issues;
c) any other factor which is deemed reasonable to the Company and the Host

9.5.2 Extension of the session is solely at the discretion of the Company and/or the Host. The Host may ask the participants if they would like to extend their session for a designated number of minutes as informed by the Host. Participants may choose to not go for the extension and leave the session at any time that they wish, however, Participants will not be allowed to re-enter a session, unless related to network and/or technical issues. Participants will have to inform the Company via the designated communication channel if they encounter technical issues for the Company to arrange the necessary countermeasures.

10. TECHNICAL/NETWORK ISSUES

10.1 In the event the Participant was unable to join their scheduled Program session due to technical and/or network issues, Participant has to inform the Company via the designated communication channel within ten (10) minutes after the session has begun. The Company will then arrange for a reschedule of the Participant’s session. The Participant can choose to cancel their registration altogether, however there will be no refund provided. The Company reserves the right to deny participants’ request for reschedule if the 10 minutes notification timeframe is exceeded, with the exception that the Company allows as an act of goodwill, hence being punctual is important.

11. HOUSE RULES – CODE OF CONDUCT

11.1 The Company and/or the Host reserves the right to remove and blacklist any Participant, with no refund, that violates any of the following Code of Conduct rules :

a) Participants are not allowed to eat, smoke or vape during the session. Drinking is allowed, however, please refrain from drinking alcohol or drug-induced beverages.
b) Hate speech and indecent symbols are not allowed.
c) Participants can choose to use swear words, however the usage can only be as a figure of speech or as part of context in a sentence. Directing swear words towards the Host and/or other Participants is strictly not allowed. As much as possible, try and refrain from using any swear words altogether.
d) Politically-inclined speech or agenda is not allowed.
e) Inappropriate dressing is not allowed.
f) Recording or capturing any of the session material in the form of audio, video or graphical format is not allowed, unless the Host permits to do so. If you would like to take a screenshot of the conversation, please do obtain prior permission from the Host and/or the Company
g) Avoid having a noisy background as it would be both interrupting for the Host and other Participants as well. Arrange for a quiet place prior to joining the session. The Host and/or the Company will issue two (2) warnings collectively if your background noise is disruptive to the session.
h) Participants must join the session ALONE. Participants cannot be accompanied by another adult in a single session (no sharing allowed), or change persons midway through a session.

12. USAGE OF THE ZOOM APPLICATION FOR THE PROGRAM

12.1 All trademarks, logos, respective features, including but not limited to software, hardware and/or operating systems used by the Zoom application are all respective intellectual properties of the respective parties. The Company in no event endorses the application or is in collaboration with the application and/or the respective individuals involved in the production and operation of the software. By agreeing to register for this Program, you also agree to be bound to the terms of usage of the Zoom application as found on their official website : https://zoom.us/privacy

12.2 The Company and the Host will not be held liable from any damages arising from the usage of the Zoom application on your personal electronic device. Usage of the application, sharing of information with the application and its related services is at the sole discretion of the Participant. If you do not wish to use the Zoom application, please do not proceed with the registration process.

12.3 The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests in relation to cancellation due to the Participant not agreeing with the terms of usage for the Zoom application and/or its related services.
